Instructions For Transfer Of Matrimonial Home
Used for the purpose of instructing us in relation to transferring an interest in a matrimonial home from one spouse to both or vice versa. Also used to change mode of ownership eg joint tenancy to tenancy in common and vice versa, and to create fractional ownerships eg husband 1%, wife 99%. No stamp duty is payable as long as it is the matrimonial home. Fees and charges depend on the extent to which the property is encumbered. Bank mortgagees need to consent and will charge consent and production fees.

Each will is drafted to suit the individual requirements of the client and our method of recording instructions and other relevant details ensures that as far as possible the will is able to resist any claims which may be made against the client's estate.

Powers Of Attorney
We can prepare a general or enduring Power of Attorney to cover specific transactions and circumstances or just to put aside for use should the need arise through illness or as the result of an accident.

Administration of Deceased Estates
We have significant experience in the administration of deceased estates.
