Philip

Philip joined Mellor Olsson in 1972 and is a specialist in commercial and property law.

His work involves the negotiation and preparation of a broad range of commercial documentation, including the drafting of constitutions, special contracts and agreements, leases, mortgages and other securities.

Philip's practice includes work for Local Government bodies, incorporated associations, companies, educational institutions and charities. He has worked extensively in the petroleum industry and also has expertise in health and food law.

Philip has been a member of the Property Committee of The Law Society of South Australia for more than 25 years. He currently Chairs that committee and represents The Law Society on the Property Law Group of the Law Council of Australia and on various Government consultative groups.
