Phil

Phil joined Mellor Olsson in 2008. He commenced practice as a lawyer in 1975 and has had wide experience working for both institutional and private clients.

Phil’s current focus is providing advice to small and medium sized business enterprises and their owners. His work covers transactional matters such as the setting up of business structures, sales and purchases of businesses and real estate, and leasing, as well as providing strategic advice on a wide range of associated matters. He also provides advice in relation to stakeholder agreements, succession and estate planning, and estate administration.

Phil is a member of The Law Society of South Australia and the Taxation Institute of Australia. He is the representative of the National Institute of Accounts on the SA State Taxes Liaison Group, a board member of the Community Accommodation and Respite Agency (CARA) and the Chair of the Inner West Business Enterprise Centre.
