Nicholas

Nicholas joined Mellor Olsson in 2011 having previously practised at a large commercial law firm primarily in the area of professional indemnity insurance litigation for a number of institutional clients.

Nicholas practises in the Litigation Division of Mellor Olsson assisting partners Anthony Kelly and Tim Mellor.

Nicholas acts to provide advice and prepare for hearings in a broad range of matters including debt recovery, building and construction, contractual disputes, trade practices and planning and development.

Nicholas graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Law (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts. He is a member of the Law Society of South Australia.
