Leonie

Leonie joined Mellor Olsson in 1988.

Having practised extensively in all areas of Wills and deceased estates for over 25 years, Leonie now focuses primarily on resolution of estate disputes, particularly matters involving the validity of Wills, claims for provision from an estate and conflict between Executors. She receives regular referrals in this area from other legal firms, corporate Executors and officers of the Court.

Leonie has represented parties in many of the significant estate litigation matters in South Australia’s Supreme Court, and she has established a reputation as one of Adelaide’s most experienced estate practitioners. She remains committed to exploring opportunities for dispute resolution without Court action if possible.

Leonie is currently a member of The Law Society Probate Committee and the Legal Practitioners’ Disciplinary Tribunal.
