Hannah

Hannah joined Mellor Olsson in 2004 and was admitted to practice in 2008 having graduated from The University of Adelaide with degrees in Law and Health Sciences.

Hannah is a member of the Litigation and Property Development Division of Mellor Olsson, assisting partners Anthony Kelly and Tim Mellor.

Hannah regularly assists in litigation by preparing matters for hearing and providing advice in relation to debt recovery proceedings, contractual disputes, and disputes between purchasers and vendors.

Hannah also assists in providing advice to both Councils and individuals with respect to:

• General planning issues
• Zoning and development plans
• Land Management Agreements
• Enforcement proceedings

Hannah is a member of the National Environmental Law Association and The Law Society of South Australia.
