Greg

Greg joined Mellor Olsson as the first managing partner in 1992 when Mellor Olsson was first formed. He had previously been a partner at Olssons which he joined in 1983 and he was admitted to practice in 1977.

Greg has worked with clients from a wide range of industries advising on commercial transactions, corporate and company law issues, capital raisings, public offerings, trust law and managed investments.

He also practises in the areas of taxation, revenue and property law, and advises in estate planning and on asset protection matters.

Greg is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a former Chairman of the South Australian branch of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
