Biography
Paul joined Mellor Olsson as CEO in 2019. He has over 30 years’ experience in CEO, Board and Senior Executive Management roles across a broad range of industries locally and nationally. He has worked in both private and government enterprise.
Paul has significant knowledge and skills in strategic business planning, financial management, business improvement, executive coaching, leadership development and governance.
Working closely with the Partners to set and review the firm’s strategy and goals, Paul oversees Mellor Olsson’s operations including finance, administration, human resources, IT and marketing.
He is also responsible for implementing Mellor Olsson’s training and development program, managing major projects and seeking new and innovative ways to improve the firm’s operations.
Paul is currently a Board Member of the Burnside War Memorial Hospital and Sportsmed.
