Nick Coutts

Nick joined the Wills & Estates team at Mellor Olsson in 2018. Prior to joining Mellor Olsson, Nick spent nearly five years working as a solicitor for a regional firm. During this time, he gained significant experience across a range of legal areas, including Wills & estates, criminal, Workcover and personal injury.

His focus is now on Wills & estate planning where he advises clients on creating and updating Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives.

Nick also deals extensively with estate administration, both in terms of assisting clients through the general process, and in estate litigation when there is a dispute over a Will. Recognising that dealing with deceased estates can often be a difficult time for family and friends, Nick's calm and empathetic manner is appreciated by his clients.

Nick regularly visits our regional offices in the South East (Bordertown and Keith) and Eyre Peninsula (Ceduna, Streaky Bay and Wudinna) to assist clients with their legal needs.
